Paying for my mobile plan

Monthly mobile plan

You can pay for your monthly mobile plan using funds from your Revolut main account or other currency pockets. Alternatively, you can use RevPoints.

Simply enable the RevPoints option when purchasing your plan, or in the 'Billing' section within 'Plan details'. This prioritises your RevPoints as the payment method for the monthly plan payments. If RevPoints can't cover the full amount, the remaining balance will be taken from your chosen Pocket.

If you have insufficient funds or RevPoints before your next billing cycle, we'll prompt you to top up your account. If your account still lacks sufficient funds on the plan renewal day, your plan will not be renewed for the following month as we will not charge you to prevent a negative balance.

Monthly secondary number add on

You can pay for your monthly secondary number add-on using funds from your Revolut main account or other currency Pockets, or with RevPoints. If you choose a VIP number as your secondary number, an additional one-off fee will apply.

Your secondary number's billing period will align with your mobile plan. If purchased mid-cycle, a one-off fee covers the first month. Subsequently, a full-month commitment is required, with the secondary number add-on fee included in your mobile plan from the next billing cycle.

Accessing the invoice

You can find your invoice in-app:

  • Access your mobile plan and go to 'Plan details'. Select 'Billing' and choose 'Invoices'
  • Select the invoice you wish to view and access

Your invoice will be available as soon as you've paid for your mobile plan. All your past invoices are available for viewing, downloading, and saving.
