If your questions aren't answered in the FAQs, you can contact us through our in-app chat for support. Voice support is only available in two specific situations: submit complaint and to request for porting out credentials.
Submit complaints by voice
If you’re unhappy with your mobile plan, we’ll try to put things right. Please contact us through the Revolut app and follow these steps:

- We'll send you a link to voice support
- Follow the link to be connected to a phone agent, available 24/7
Porting out your details
To port your Revolut mobile number out to another provider, you can request a voice call. Follow these steps:

The phone agent won't be able to advise on anything besides porting out your details. You can contact us via our in-app chat for any other questions or concerns.
