Transfer your existing number to Revolut
To keep your current number when switching to Revolut, select 'Transfer to Revolut' when purchasing a plan from us. In-app instructions will guide you through transferring your number, and there's no cost to move your current number to Revolut.
Even if you have completed the purchase of a plan and already have a random or VIP number, you can still transfer your existing phone number to Revolut Mobile. To start the transfer process, go to 'Mobile plans', ‘Plan details’, ‘Add’, and select ‘Transfer to Revolut’.
How to transfer your number
- Confirm the number to be transferred
- Text 'PAC' to 65075 from your existing provider using the number you wish to transfer. Once you receive the PAC code, share it with us
- You'll be informed of the transfer status via in-app banners and push notifications
If you're not able to obtain a PAC via text, you may also request one by contacting your current mobile provider’s support team directly.
The transfer usually takes 1 to 2 working days. We’ll notify you when it’s done. When the transfer is completed, your existing agreement will be automatically terminated, and any relevant charges will be reflected in your final invoice from your current provider.
