Transfer your Revolut Mobile number to another provider
Transfer Revolut number to new provider
You can transfer your Revolut number to another provider at no extra cost using a PAC. Provide the PAC to your new provider to start the transfer. The PAC will automatically expire in 30 days. Text 'PAC' to 65075 from your Revolut phone number to receive the code. You can also find the PAC in-app:
- Go to 'Mobile plans' and select your mobile plan
- Go to 'Manage' and select the number you want to transfer out
- Select ‘Request PAC’ option and you will shown a PAC
Alternatively, request a PAC via our in-app chat. An agent can provide it there, or if you wish to obtain the PAC over a call, simply inform the in-app agent and you will receive a deep link for an in-app call, which will connect you directly to a live phone agent who can provide the PAC.
Will the transfer cause service interruption?
Number transfer occurs between 08:00 and 00:00, most finish before 16:00. You may experience intermittent service on your new SIM for a few hours after the number transfers over. This can include a period of time where you can receive calls and texts but cannot make calls, send texts or use data.
This is normal and is usually resolved within a few hours, but can take up to 24 hours.
What if my new operator blocks the number transfer?
We will notify you in-app if your number transfer request is denied for any reason. If you have an active plan, it will remain active until the end of the billing period. If you do not have an active plan, you can purchase a monthly mobile plan to resume service with us.
Is my plan automatically canceled when I transfer my number?
Your Revolut mobile plan is automatically cancelled when you transfer your number to a different provider using PAC.
A refund for unused service is provided if you transferred your phone number away from Revolut within 14 days of starting your Revolut mobile plan. No refund will be issued if the transfer occurred after the initial 14-day period.
To stop a number transfer out, contact the provider you're transferring your number to.
