Should my trip be paid using my Revolut Business account?
To be protected, you must have an active Revolut Business account and be enrolled in Titan at the time of booking your trip. The Revolut Business account your Titan membership is attached to must be used (by you or another team member) to pay for your primary transport and accommodation expenses.
- Payments eligible for cover include: Revolut Business debit or virtual card payments or a transfer from your Revolut Business account to a travel supplier
Your Titan membership must remain active (without interruption) from when you book your trip to when you travel. If you un-enrol from Titan in the meantime, or booked the trip before enrolling in Titan, it will not be covered. Learn more about Titan.
What does primary transport mean?
Primary transport is the main means of travel to your destination. This doesn't include transfers to and from the primary means of travel.
For example, for a trip from the UK to Spain, flights and accommodation must be paid using the Revolut Business account your Titan membership is attached to. However, the taxi transfers between the airport and your accommodation don't have to be paid using this account and aren't covered.
Is my trip covered if I don't pay with Revolut Business?
You must pay for your primary transport and accommodation expenses with the Revolut Business account your Titan membership is attached to. If not, your trip won't be eligible for cover.
Cover may be extended in some circumstances at the discretion of our insurance partner. For example, if you're driving to your destination but paid for your accommodation with the Business account, or if you're staying with a friend but paid for your flights with the Business account.

Is my trip covered if someone else booked the trip?
Payment can be made by you or another team member on the Revolut Business account. You'll need to provide proof of payment for the trip from the Revolut Business account your Titan membership is attached to.
