Manage a Stays booking

Manage a booking

  1. Go to 'RevPoints' on the bottom menu of the Revolut app
  2. Tap 'Stays'
  3. Tap 'Bookings' at the top
  4. Choose a booking
  5. Tap 'Manage booking' to cancel or change the dates

Before you change or cancel your booking, we’ll show you the expected refund, if any.

Change room selection

The easiest way to change your room selection is to cancel the booking and book a new room. If you are unable to do this, we recommend you contact the hotel first. Otherwise, tap below to chat with us.

Vrbo bookings

For Vrbo bookings, you can request changes to your booking by clicking on the link in your confirmation email. If you can’t find the email, or need additional support, reach out to Vrbo as we are unable to make any changes to your booking.
