How do I cancel my Experience booking?

To cancel your Experience booking in-app, follow this steps:

  1. Go to 'Lifestyle' on the bottom menu
  2. Select 'Travel'
  3. Tap 'Bookings' and select your booking
  4. Tap 'Cancel booking'

Before you cancel, you'll see the refund amount, cancellation fee (if applicable), and cashback reversal (if applicable).
