Timeframes for transfers
Receiving or sending GBP transfers
The time to receive a GBP transfer may vary according to the payment type:
- Faster payments (FPS): a few hours, but can take up to 1 business day
- Salary payments (usually BACS): 2 to 3 business days
- CHAPS: up to 1 business day
Sending local transfers from a Revolut account can take up to 1 business day.
EUR transfers
SEPA Instant transfers should arrive within a few minutes. Regular SEPA transfers can take up to 2 business days.
International transfers
SWIFT transfers can take up to 2 business days to arrive.
Tracking a transfer
Use our in-app incoming transfer tracker to track your transfer and see its timelines. The tracker will provide specific dates based on your transfer.
