Why can't Revolut trace incoming transfers?
As the intended recipient of the transfer, we have a limited ability to investigate non-received transfers. Whenever a bank transfer is sent to your Revolut account, we handle the transfer as beneficiaries, meaning we can only process it if the payment message arrives with us, and, we don't have visibility until it reaches our system.
Unfortunately, we cannot trace incoming transfers — it's the sending bank's (and its partner's) responsibility to ensure that the transfer arrives. If you wish to inquire about a non-received transfer, please, contact the sender's bank directly. They should be able to check the whereabouts of the transfer in their system, as well as the systems of their partners.
