Your account and the receiver’s need to be verified. For new accounts, the verification process can take a few days to be completed.
Locked or restricted account
If any account (either yours or the receiver’s) has any kind of restrictions, you won’t be able to send or receive transfers.
Internal transfers disabled
If you or your receiver have the ‘Payments with friends’ option disabled, all transfers will be blocked.
Revolut must complete the necessary checks under the law to validate the security of the transfer process.
If you lack enough funds to complete a transfer, you won't be able to fulfil a request or send a new transfer.
