Transfers made by Mistake

If you've made an error, such as sending funds to the wrong card, a duplicate transaction, or an incorrect amount, the receiving bank may help in correcting the transfer.

Contact Receiving Bank

The quickest way to determine if the bank is willing to assist is by reaching out to them directly, using the number on the back of your card. Alternatively, Revolut can initiate this process, and once the bank confirms they're willing to correct the mistake, the funds will be returned.

If the recipient bank refuses to assist, we won't be able to get the funds back.
