Transfer hasn't arrived

You can view the estimated arrival date and track your card transfer by tapping on it in your transaction history.

Most transfers are instant but, in rare cases, additional checks can take up to 48 hours. If the transfer is pending more than 48 hours, it will automatically be cancelled and refunded to your account.

Transfer failed or declined

Check the reason by tapping on the transfer in your transaction history.

Cancel transfer

Tap on the transfer in your transaction history for cancellation options.

Transfer was a fraud or scam

  1. Immediately end all communication with the fraudster or scammer
  2. Tap on the transfer in your transaction history
  3. Tap 'Get help'
  4. Tap 'Report this transfer as fraud' and follow the on-screen prompts
