What are the new crypto regulations?

The British regulator has changed the categorisation of crypto assets. They’re now categorised as 'Restricted Mass Market Investments' and we need to follow the regulatory requirements of this asset class.

This means that from 8 October 2023, we need to change the way we display risk warnings and make them more visible.
