Are there limits on crypto withdrawals?

Daily and monthly limits apply to crypto withdrawals.

You can also see your current withdrawal limits by following these steps: 'Crypto' → 'More' → 'Settings' → 'Limits'.

These limits can be reviewed based on an assessment of your account activity and any potential risk factors.

If we believe there's any risk of monetary loss — for example, if you’re contacted by fraudsters — or any other reason to protect your account, we may apply lower limits as a precaution.

The limits will be shown to you in-app when you enter an amount for crypto withdrawal. You can’t withdraw an amount higher than your limit.

Daily limits reset after 24 hours, while monthly limits reset 30 days from the date of the last withdrawal.

For example, if you withdraw £1,000 worth of BTC on 2 March, this will be deducted from your monthly limit which will reset 30 days later on 1 April.

If you withdraw £1,000 worth of BTC on 15 June, this will be deducted from your limit until it resets 30 days later on 14 July.

The 24-hour period for daily limits works in the same manner.

As an additional safeguard, we may apply separate limits to certain external crypto addresses. If you attempt to withdraw to one of these addresses, we may set a specific limit for a short period of time.
