Crypto withdrawal limits

Daily and monthly limits

Daily and monthly limits apply to crypto withdrawals to prevent monetary loss and protect your account.

You can see the limits by using this link or by following the steps below:

  • Go to 'Crypto' on the bottom menu
  • Tap 'More'
  • Select 'Limits and fees'
  • Tap 'Sending limits'

Daily limits reset after 24 hours, while monthly limits reset 30 days from the date of the last withdrawal.

These limits are periodically reviewed and may be adjusted based on an assessment of your account activity and any potential risk factors.

For example, if you withdraw £1,000 worth of BTC on 2 March, this will be deducted from your monthly limit which will reset 30 days later on 1 April. If you withdraw £1,000 worth of BTC on 15 June, this will be deducted from your limit until it resets 30 days later on 14 July. The 24-hour period for daily limits works in the same manner.

Crypto address limits

As an additional safeguard, separate limits may be applied to certain external crypto addresses, based on an assessment ‌of the address and your account's past activity.

If one of your addresses has specific limits, you will see that on the 'Select address' screen in your app. This limit will be reassessed every time you transact with this address, so it may disappear in ‌the future.

The limits will be shown to you on the 'Select address' screen when you enter an amount for crypto withdrawal.
