To start a new chat session in your Revolut app:
- Tap the profile icon in the top-left corner
- Select 'Help'
- Choose a topic, for example, 'Invest'
- Browse the FAQs on that topic until you see 'I need more help' and 'Chat with us' on the bottom
Types of support Revolut doesn’t provide
- Personal financial advice or recommendations
- Performance guarantees or any guarantee, such as the timing of an investment or withdrawal
- Financial planning advice
- Transaction requests
- Legal and/or tax advice
Investment and financial advice
The trading service Revolut provides is an execution-only service. It’s restricted to only the execution of trades, without the client receiving any advice about the merits or risks of the investments or their appropriateness and suitability.
Revolut doesn’t provide personal financial advice on what to buy or sell, or offer recommendations of any kind.
