Cancellation/refund of lounge passes

Passes that haven't been used are refundable within 14 days of purchase. If you wish to get a refund for any passes that haven't been redeemed, follow these steps in the app:

  1. Go to 'RevPoints' on the bottom menu of the Revolut app
  2. Tap 'Lounges' followed by 'Lounge passes'
  3. Select your lounge pass
  4. Tap 'Get Help' and then 'Request a refund'
  5. You will be automatically refunded
