What is the RevPoints loyalty program?

RevPoints is Revolut's own loyalty program where you can earn points and convert them into rewards. 

How do I join RevPoints?

  1. Go to 'RevPoints' on the bottom menu of the Revolut app
  2. Click on the RevPoints icon at the right top corner
  3. You will land on the opt-in product article. Read it and click 'Get Started'
  4. The explanation screen will pop up. Read it and click 'Continue'
  5. All set, you've joined RevPoints

Standard plan users must enable spare change toggle in order to be eligible to earn RevPoints on card spend.

I haven't received my RevPoints

RevPoints aren't awarded for certain transactions, including financial services, payment services, cash-like services, tobacco purchases, taxes, fines, penalties, support payments, government or judicial payments, lotteries, gambling, utilities, and payments to charitable, religious, or educational organisations.

Where can I see my RevPoints?

  1. Go to 'RevPoints' on the bottom menu of the Revolut app
  2. Click on the RevPoints icon with your RevPoints accrued in the top right corner
  3. Scroll all the way down to 'Transactions'
  4. Click 'See All'

How do I close my RevPoints Account?

As per our T&Cs, you can close your RevPoints account at any time. Just reach out to support and we will do it for you. Once you accept your RevPoints account closure, all your points will disappear.
