Why was my card payment declined with enough funds?

Low balance in a specific currency account

Check if you have enough money in at least one currency account to avoid transaction rejections, even if your total balance across all accounts is enough.

Check if the card is linked to a pocket

If the card is linked to a pocket with a low balance, the payment will be declined even if you have enough in total. Tao on Accounts below your balance and go to 'Pockets', or tap on the transaction in-app.

Check future payments

Check upcoming payments to make sure your account balance is enough.

If a subscription payment was declined, add money to your account, as the merchant should try to charge the amount again after some time. If not, please contact the merchant. For other subscription-related issues, read here.
