To view or download insurance documents:

• Go to the 'Home' screen
• Tap 'RevPoints' on the bottom menu
• Select 'Insurance' and choose 'Travel'
• Select a type and tap 'All documents'

If your insurance provider is Cover Genius or Allianz, request live support by typing 'Live agent' in our in-app chat to receive your insurance documents. To check your insurance provider, depending on the date of the claim incident, please read this FAQ.

The policy will be only available in-app in the language of the country your account is registered in. If you need the policy in any other language or paper copies of your insurance documents, let us know.
