Change my name

If your name has changed, or the name attached to your Revolut account doesn't match your legal name, request live support by typing 'Live agent' in the in-app chat.

You'll need to provide us with a government-issued ID during this process, the requested document will depend on your nationality.

If you are a Japanese national, prepare either a valid My Number Card or driving licence.

If you are a foreign resident of Japan, prepare your Resident Card or Special Permanent Resident Card.

The process may require re-verification of your account and take up to 2 business days.
