Declined credit card application
Credit card applications may be declined for a number of reasons, depending on your individual circumstances and for reasons in line with Revolut's internal policies.
If your application is declined, we'll send you an email with more information.
Potential decline reasons
- We couldn't confirm your employment and/or steady income payments
- Your income doesn't comfortably manage your credit card obligations
- You don't have a Lithuanian ID, passport, driver's licence, or valid permanent residence permit
- You don't have a local mobile phone number linked to your Revolut account
- You don't have a good credit history
- You don't meet our basic eligibility requirements regarding nationality, age, etc., or your personal information is incomplete. For detailed information, visit this FAQ in our Help Centre
Can I reapply if my application was declined?
If your application was declined, we don't recommend applying again unless your circumstances have changed or the previous application information was incorrect.
