In most cases, you should be able to complete the application and receive a decision on your credit eligibility in just a few minutes. Occasionally, we may need to reach out to you and verify some details manually, which may cause a slight delay. 

If we can't give you a decision right away, your application might need further review by our team. If this happens, we'll contact you to let you know there's a delay, and whether or not we need more information. We always aim to give you a decision as quickly as possible.

Our manual applications team carries out additional checks when necessary and operates between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern European Summer Time (EEST).

We'll notify you via email, push notification, and in-app banner, once a decision is made. If accepted, you can start using credit products in-app straight away.
