Our travel insurance policy is provided as a benefit with our Premium, Metal and Ultra plans. Your travel insurance is automatically activated the moment you sign up for the Premium, Metal or Ultra plan — no separate activation is required. 

If you have an active travel insurance policy and you and your trip meet the coverage requirements, there's no need to notify us about your travel plans. These are automatically covered. 

Coverage requirements

• You’re a resident of the EEA (excluding Gibraltar and Switzerland)
• You’re at least 18 and no more than 75 years of age
• Your primary residence matches the address on your Revolut account
• Your journey meets the definition of a trip
• Close family members meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this FAQ

To check your insurance policy in the main Revolut app:

1. Go to 'RevPoints' on the bottom menu of the Revolut app
2. Tap 'Insurance'
3. Select 'Travel'
4. Choose a cover type and tap 'All documents'
