If the funds have not arrived after 48 hours and the bank has not provided guidance:

  1. Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
  2. Select the transaction from your transactions list
  3. Tap 'Get help'
  4. Select the option 'When will my transfer arrive?' for further guidance
