When will I receive my card?
Go to Cards and click on the card you're waiting for.
- If you can see the Delivery address and Delivery status widget, wait until the estimation date in the order progress bar.
- If they're not visible, your card should have been with you already. If that's not the case, please contact Support and request a replacement card.
Depending on the delivery method, for Standard, it can take up to 10 days and for Express up to 5 days to receive the card. More often than not, delivery is faster than that. If any troubles, feel free to submit your support request here.
