I can't log in on the website app

A password is used to log in to the Revolut Business app on a web browser, which is different from your app's passcode. Both the password and passcode will be accepted on the web app. 

Steps to log in

  1. Log in to your Revolut Business account
  2. Enter the email address associated with your Business account
  3. Enter your password
  4. Accept the push notification sent to your mobile app
  5. You can also opt for another verification method by selecting 'Choose another method'. If none of the available options work, select 'Choose another method' and follow the steps

I don't remember my password

  1. Log in to your Revolut Business account
  2. Enter the email address associated with your Business account
  3. Select 'Forgot password' 
  4. Verify your identity with a quick selfie by scanning the QR code with your mobile
  5. Accept the push notification sent to your mobile app
  6. You can also opt for another verification method by selecting 'Choose another method'. If none of the available options work, select 'I can't verify using the methods above' and follow the steps
  7. Set up a new password

I've lost access to my email

  1. Log in to your Revolut Business account
  2. Select 'Lost access to email'
  3. Enter the email address associated with your Business account
  4. Enter your password. If you don't remember your password, select 'Forgot password' and follow the steps 
  5. Verify your identity with a quick selfie by scanning the QR code with your mobile
  6. Accept the push notification sent to your mobile app
  7. You can also opt for another verification method by selecting 'Choose another method'. If none of the available options work, select 'I can't verify using the methods above' and follow the steps
