When will I receive funds from a payment link?

Typically, you'll receive the funds 24 hours after the payment is completed.

To check the status of your payment link in-app:

  1. Go to 'Merchant' on the main menu
  2. Access the 'Online' sub-menu
  3. Open 'Payment links' tab

When clicking a payment link, you can see its details and all the associated payments your customers have paid for. If your payment link is paid, you'll receive the funds from this transaction into your Merchant account within 24 hours.
