Steps required to receive the referral reward

Here's a breakdown of each step and how they must be completed by the business you're referring:

  1. Sign up using your link: referees must use your distinct link. If they don't sign up using your link, this step can't be re-tried or replaced
  2. Pass eligibility and verification: referees or their business must meet the eligibility criteria
  3. Order a physical card: referees have to order a card and will not be eligible if they then cancel it
  4. Add or receive money: referees have to add or receive money by bank transfer before the campaign deadline
  5. Make one or more purchases: referees must complete purchase(s) which total the required amount. Foreign exchange transactions, transfers, gambling, and gift cards are not eligible purchases 

You'll only receive a reward if all steps are completed and marked in green in-app. For T&Cs, go to the 'Referrals' main screen, scroll down, and select 'Terms & conditions'.

Eligible purchases

  • Card payments made with a virtual or physical card (online or in-store), with Apple Pay or Google Pay, and before or after ordering a physical card
  • Pending card payments become eligible once they're marked as 'completed' in the transactions list in the referee's app. While initiating the transaction before the deadline qualifies you, the reward will be issued once the payment is fully processed and completed
  • You are allowed to create a virtual card to complete the purchase while you await for your physical card to be delivered, to ensure the steps are completed within the timeframe
