How can I send a transfer in another currency?

If you want to send a transfer in another currency to a recipient already saved in your Business account, you need to add another currency account to their counterparty details.

  1. Go to Transfers in the Payments menu
  2. Click See all next to Counterparties
  3. Select a counterparty
  4. Click Add new and complete the recipient’s account details for another currency
