How can I resend an invitation or invite my shareholders or directors?

• Go to your application, or to the Request tab
• Enter the section Business Owners
• Add the director/owner to the list
• Click on their name to send an email or share a link to invite the person to complete the profile

If their first attempt to verify identity failed:

• That person will receive an email informing that details are missing
• They then have 14 days to submit the remaining details using the previous link sent or the email they received
• If this period expires, the applicant can delete the person and add them again to immediately send a new invitation
