Most refunds can be processed by the merchant without a dispute. If you still need to dispute the transaction, make sure you gather evidence of the merchant's response, as this can significantly help your case.

How to dispute a card transaction

If your direct contact with the merchant is unsuccessful, follow these steps to dispute the card transaction in your Revolut app:

  • Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
  • Open your transactions list by tapping 'See all' below your most recent transactions
  • Tap the transaction in your transactions list. If you have multiple to report, you'll be able to add them in the form later
  • Tap 'Get help'
  • Select an issue
  • Complete and submit the form
