Cancel, amend or recall a transfer

Check if the transfer is pending

If the transfer is pending in the 'Transactions' tab and you want to cancel it, please reach out to our support team as they may be able to cancel or amend it for you.

Transfer is completed

If it is completed, cancellation is no longer possible. If you want your money back the best option is to contact the beneficiary and ask them to transfer the funds back.

Recall the transfer

If the funds have already been sent and you want your money back, please reach out to the beneficiary.

If the beneficiary can't assist or be reached, we may try to recall the transfer, but success isn't guaranteed. To do so, complete this recall request.
