My expenses are not syncing to Xero

Completed expenses will be automatically synced to Xero. But if the expense data isn't syncing to Xero, check the following:

  • Your Revolut Business account is linked to your Xero account
  • Bank feeds sync is enabled in Xero
  • The bank accounts from which you make card or bank payments are synced
  • Expense sync is enabled
  • Expenses have been completed

Try reconnecting Xero integration

  1. Go to 'Hub' and open 'Integrations' tab
  2. Select 'Xero'
  3. Click on the 'Settings' icon in the top-right corner
  4. Select 'Disconnect'
  5. Then, in the 'Hub' select 'Xero' app
  6. Click 'Get' and you'll be redirected to the Xero page to complete the integration

Only expenses that were made after the Xero expenses sync was enabled will be synced to Xero.
