Manage my product catalogue items, categories, and tax rates

To add an item to your catalogue:

  • Go to 'Merchant' on the main menu in your Revolut Business mobile app
  • Select 'Products' in the top-right menu to begin building your catalogue
  • Tap 'New item'

To edit or delete an item in your catalogue:

  • Go to 'Merchant' on the main menu in your Revolut Business mobile app
  • Select 'Products' in the top-right menu
  • Select the item you want to edit or delete
  • Deleting items from the 'All items' section will also remove them from their categories

To manage tax rates in the product catalogue:

  • Select an item to edit or add a new item
  • On the add/edit item screen, tap 'More options'
  • Tap the 'Select tax rate' dropdown
  • Tap 'Manage rates'
  • From here you can edit an existing rate, or add a new tax rate
  • To add a new rate, tap 'Add rate'
  • Tap 'Add' to save and finish

To add a category to your product catalogue:

  • Go to 'Merchant' on the main menu in your Revolut Business mobile app
  • Select 'Products' in the top-right menu
  • Tap 'Create new' next to the 'Categories' section

To edit or delete a category in your catalogue:

  • Go to 'Merchant' on the main menu in your Revolut Business mobile app
  • Select 'Products' in the top-right menu
  • Tap the pencil icon next to the category name
  • From here, you can edit or delete the category
