To cancel your Stays booking in-app:

1. Head to 'Lifestyle' on the bottom menu
2. Tap 'Travel'
3. Click on 'Bookings'
4. Choose your booking a tap 'Cancel booking'

Before you cancel, you'll see the refund amount, cancellation fee (if applicable), and Revpoints reversal (if applicable). 

Refundable bookings

Follow the property's policy, and the refundable amount processed is the net amount of RevPoints.

Non-refundable bookings

Can't be refunded under any circumstances. RevPoints won't be reversed. 

For Vrbo properties

You can manage your booking on the app or website via the link in the confirmation email.
