Manage Expenses members

View who can submit expenses in-app:

If you're on the new app interface:

  1. Go to 'Settings'. Web: click the cog in the top-right corner. Mobile: tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
  2. Go to 'Billing'
  3. Under 'Add-ons', click on 'Expenses'

If you're not on the new app interface:

  1. Go to 'Settings' by clicking your profile picture in the top-left corner of the screen
  2. Select 'Billing'
  3. Under 'App charges', click on 'Expenses'
  4. Click 'Manage people'

You can control team member access by turning expenses permissions on or off from the 'Team' tab:

  1. Go to 'Team' and click on 'Roles', or select a team member first
  2. Select the role you want to edit
  3. Choose 'Expenses' and switch the permission toggle
