Dispute an iDEAL payment

iDEAL payments can't be disputed in the Revolut app. If you need a refund, or have a problem with your payment, you'll need to contact the merchant directly.

Missing iDEAL refund

If the merchant has agreed to refund part or all of your iDEAL payment, you should receive the money back within 1 business day of processing. Please contact the merchant for any updates on processing your refund.

You'll see the refund as a regular bank transfer into your Revolut account.
