SmartDelay grants complimentary lounge passes if your flight is delayed by over an hour. Premium (with 1 companion) and Metal (with 3 companions) customers are eligible. You can register your flight in the app's 'SmartDelay'. If your flight is delayed for over an hour, you'll receive lounge passes with a QR code via the app.

You can only register at least two hours before the originally scheduled time of departure, once per day, per location, for a lounge pass. Lounge passes are issued once our provider confirms the delay. You can see the list of available lounges by airport in 'Lifestyle' → 'Lounges' → 'Lounge passes'.
