I'm not able to access BLIK

BLIK is available as a payment option for Revolut customers who used a valid national ID, European passport, or Polish residence permit during the identity verification process. A driver's licence isn't a valid ID for document verification.

To access BLIK, update your identity verification document by requesting live support by typing 'Live agent' in the in-app chat. Once your valid identity document has been verified, you'll have access to BLIK, and will see the BLIK icon on the home screen.

We are working on a way for customers with a driver's licence as their identity document to easily upload a different identity document and access BLIK. Keep an eye on your email and in-app notifications for our latest updates on this and any new features.
