For online BLIK refunds, contact the merchant directly and request a refund. Point of sale (POS) refunds (in-person) are subject to the merchant's refund policies. To initiate a BLIK refund, you'll need to provide a one-time BLIK code displayed in your Revolut app to the merchant. After confirming the BLIK code in-app, the amount will be credited back to your account.
