Pay Later allows you to split transactions made with your Revolut card to external merchants into three instalments.

This means Revolut also takes into account any changes to the transaction on the merchant's side during the settlement process.

This can result in: 

• Transaction reversal, cancellation, or decline
• A change to the amount of the transaction (both increase and decrease)
• Splitting the transaction into two or more smaller transactions

In such cases, we'll introduce the changes directly in the Pay Later plan they're related to. Your repayments and fees will be recalculated according to the updated purchase amount, and all extra funds will be returned to your main account overnight.

For transaction splits, Pay Later may only be able to link one of the transactions to the original purchase, in which case the remaining amount will be charged from your main account. This is the merchant's decision to proceed the transaction in this way, and Revolut doesn't have control over these changes.

Applications for Pay Later are currently paused in Poland.
