How to schedule a transfer

• Go to 'Payments' on the bottom menu
• Tap the calendar icon in the top-right corner
• Tap 'New'
• Choose 'Transfer'
• Choose a past recipient or tap 'New'
• Enter the amount and 'Continue'
• Set the date and frequency

Fees

The fees for a scheduled transfer are the same as for one-time transfers. We'll always show any applicable fees before you set up a transfer.

Issues with a scheduled transfer

To manage your scheduled transfer, open your scheduled payments (calendar icon in top-right corner of the 'Payments' tab). Read more about managing scheduled transfers in this FAQ.

If you have a problem with your scheduled transfer, open your scheduled payments tab or tap a completed scheduled transfer in your transactions list to get specialised support.
