What account details should I use for incoming transfers?

Account details

  • Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
  • Tap 'Accounts'
  • Select the currency you wish to receive money in
  • Below your account balance, tap 'Details'
  • Choose 'Local' or 'SWIFT'
  • Share these details with the sender or sender bank

Revolut's official name, address, and correspondent BIC details are provided on the same details screen. If you're asked for intermediary bank details, you'll need to provide the correspondent bank's BIC.

If your bank auto-completes the BIC/SWIFT, and it's different from the one you see in your account details, you'll need to contact them and ask them to update their Standard Settlement Instructions (SSIs) before making the transfer.

Which details should I use?

You must use details for an account in the same currency as the transfer being sent. Sending a transfer to incorrect account details might result in it being rejected and returned to the sender. If local details aren't available for the currency you wish to receive money in, use the SWIFT details.
