Where to view my Direct Debits

• Tap 'Payments' on the bottom menu
• Tap on the calendar icon in the top-right
• View active Direct Debits

Change or cancel a Direct Debit

You can't change the amount of a Direct Debit. You must cancel it and contact the merchant to set up a new Direct Debit.

• Tap 'Payments' on the bottom menu
• Tap on the calendar icon in the top-right
• Tap on an active Direct Debit
• Tap 'Cancel future payments'

Issues with a Direct Debit

If you have a problem with your Direct Debit, open your scheduled payments tab or tap on a completed scheduled payment in your transactions list to get specialised support.
