If your account is limited during any days of a prepaid billing period, you'll receive a discount on your next invoice. The discount is based on how many days your account was limited:

Discount = (Number of Limited Days in Previous Period / Total Days in Previous Period) * Subscription Fee

For example:

• If your monthly subscription is £100
• And your account was limited for 21 out of 31-day billing period
• Your discount would be: (21/31) * £100 = £67.74
