My expenses are not syncing to Xero
Completed expenses will automatically sync to Xero.
If the expense data isn't automatically syncing to Xero, double-check the following:
- Your Revolut Business account is linked to your Xero account
- Expense sync is enabled
- Expenses have been completed and are marked as 'Exported'
If the expense data is still not syncing:
- Go to 'Expenses' (on mobile: tap your profile in the top-left corner, then 'Expenses')
- Click on 'Export to Xero' to manually restart the sync of any unexported expenses
You can also try reconnecting the Xero integration itself:
- Go to 'Settings'. Web: click the cog in the top-right corner. Mobile: tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
- Go to 'Integrations' hub
- In the 'Accounting' category, select 'Xero'
- Click the '...' button in the top-right
- Select 'Disconnect'
- Then, click 'Connect' next to 'Bank feed' and you'll be redirected to the Xero page to complete the integration
Only expenses made after the Xero expenses sync was enabled will be synced to Xero. Such expenses are marked with 'Configured for Xero' at the top.
