Monthly statement
Monthly statements can contain the following information:
- Company name
- Registered address
- Opening and closing balance from a selected currency account
- Transaction types within the chosen month
- Transaction summary with each selected currency account on a separate page
Access your monthly statement
- Go to 'Home' on the main menu
- Click the three dots '...' beside your balance and select 'Statements'
- Choose 'Monthly statement'
- Select your currency accounts
- Choose the date range, file type (PDF, CSV or XML), and if you want a signed and stamped document
- Click 'Generate' to download a file or share the statement via email
Can't access statements
To download statements, you need permissions to manage accounts. Ask your account owner or admin to grant you access.
