Which types of business legal entities are supported?

Revolut Business is available for the majority of legal types of business, although there are some exceptions, such as charities, public sector companies, cooperatives, and more.

Supported business types:

  • Sociedade por Quotas
  • Sociedade Unipessoal por Quotas
  • Sociedade Anónima
  • Sociedades em Nome Colectivo
  • Sociedades em Comandita

    • Unfortunately we can't activate Revolut Business accounts for the following business types:

  • Trabalhadores por Conta Própria
  • Empresário em Nome Individual
  • Setor público
  • Associação
  • Fundação
  • Cooperativa
  • Other

    • Any other unlisted business types may be supported/unsupported at Revolut’s discretion - see unsupported industries for more information.
