Attaching a receipt to an expense

Add a receipt after making a transaction

  1. When you spend with your Revolut Business card, you'll receive a notification in your mobile app prompting you to attach a photo of your receipt
  2. Tap on the push notification to open the camera
  3. Take a photo of the receipt, and upload it to add to the expense

Add a receipt from the mobile app

  1. Select the expense in-app from your recent transactions
  2. Tap the camera icon to open the camera
  3. Take a photo of the receipt, or select it from your gallery, and upload it to add to the expense

You can also follow these steps to add a receipt after an expense is made:

  1. Go to 'Expenses' tab
  2. Select 'Upload receipt'
  3. The receipt will be scanned and matched to the corresponding expense automatically

Forward a digital receipt from your email inbox

  1. Go to 'User profile'
  2. Click on 'My receipts'
  3. Copy the unique email address and send your digital receipts to that address. Make sure you send them from the email address you use to log into Revolut Business
  4. The forwarded receipt will be scanned and matched to the corresponding expense automatically

You can only upload documents that are either a PDF, JPG, or PNG format and the size must not be bigger than 3 MB.

Add a receipt from the web app

  1. Go to the 'Expenses' section
  2. Click on 'New'
  3. Select 'Upload receipt'
  4. Choose a file from your computer. If your receipt was attached to an email, download it to save it to your computer
  5. The document will be scanned and matched to the corresponding expense automatically
