What can I do if I experience technical issues with Revolut Business?

If you're experiencing difficulties on your Revolut Business mobile app:

  • Check that you have the latest version installed.
  • Try as well to reinstall the app - make sure it's for Revolut Business (black icon).
  • Restart your mobile device
  • Reset your passcode.
  • Make sure that you log in using the same email address you used when you signed up. Log out from the mobile app to switch accounts.

If you're using a web browser, try the following:

  • Double check if you're logged in to the correct Business account.
  • Try using another web browser or device.
  • Login to your Business account in incognito mode on your browser.
  • Delete cache, cookies and search history on your browser.
